The payment will be made to your Energy account, and will used to clear any outstanding debt as priority.

If you choose to change supplier during your contract, you will be ineligible for the payment.

If there is a change of tenancy during your fixed term contract, the payment and consumption used will be pro rata’d to the end date of the tenancy.

To be eligible for a payment of £200, you must meet the minimum consumption figure of 20001 Kwh annual electricity consumption, and 73201 Kwh annual gas consumption.

To be eligible for a payment of £250, you must meet the minimum consumption figure of 40001 Kwh annual electricity consumption, and 73201 annual gas consumption.

Your consumption will be measured through your meter readings which will be taken remotely if you have a smart meter installed. If you do not have a smart meter, you must provide regular meter readings. If we do not have your meter readings, we may use your Estimated Annual Consumption.

The payment will be made in equal instalments at the end of each year of your fixed term contract, for example £250 payment on a three year contract would be divided into three payments of £83.33 at the end of each year.

The offer is limited to the first 100 customers. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time depending on customer demand and availability.
