When to contact us.

Our parent company group E.ON maintains a hotline and an externally operated website for raising concerns of possible infringements of laws or regulations. Concerns can be raised anonymously and in confidence not only by our staff, but also by our business partners, their employees and other third parties.

You can report possible cases of corruption, fraud, embezzlement, tax evasion, human rights or modern slavery violations, violations of competition and capital markets laws, insider trading rules, data protection laws by telephone or the website.

The whistleblowing channels are not intended for customer complaints or other customer related issues.
