With the energy crisis ongoing and cost of living pressures still high, we understand that customers are facing difficult times and may need additional support, especially in winter.

This impacts many of us and especially those who are vulnerable. This is why we want to reassure you that we're dedicated to helping you where we can.

Financial support.

Worrying about your financial situation is the last thing we want our customers to do, particularly in the colder months where bills are likely to be higher. So here’s a few things we’re doing to help:

  • We can work with you on payment plans that suit your needs and budget. Our partnership with Paylink means we can help build accurate financial budget forms, so you don’t need to worry about being unable to pay for your energy.

  • Helping you get back on track with free expert debt advice from Stepchange.

  • If you are struggling with your finances or energy bills we offer specialised debt support and energy efficient appliances to eligible customers through the E.ON Next Energy Fund.

Energy saving.

Although energy saving is great all year round, it’s most important in winter as your energy bill is likely to be higher. To help you manage your energy use this winter, consider the following:

  • If money worries are impacting your mental health, talk to our charity partner Mind.

  • If you’re a vulnerable customer and need some extra help managing your energy account, sign up to our Priority Services Register.

  • We’re here to help you 8am-10pm, 7 days a week. Contact us and one of our friendly Energy Specialists will be here to help answer your questions or concerns.
